Screen shots can be used to take a still picture out of a video or to show someone what you saw.
To take a screen shot use the ‘PrtScn’ or ‘Print Screen’ button on your keyboard, usually on the upper right hand side and your FN (function) or CTRL key (if you don’t have an FN key) usually found on the lower left hand side of your keyboard.
Hold down the FN button and hit the ‘PrtnScn’ button. This will copy the screen you are seeing onto your clipboard, then you can paste it where you want (Word, Paint, etc.). The ALT button will work as well as the CTRL button.
