This is a virus or a scam. Whichever word you want to use for it. Note the urgency relayed in the message and how they want to ‘walk you through’ the process. What they really want to walk you through is how to let them further infect your computer!
If you get this message, you should immediately turn off your computer so that this doesn’t cause harm to your system!
