Here are a few things you can do:
1: If you let someone borrow your device whether it’s your phone or computer, put a password on your account and have them use the guest account.
2: When you download an app, make sure it’s not asking for permissions it doesn’t need. A game app doesn’t need the same permission as one for messaging.
3: We say it often, but it always bears to be repeated. Make sure that you have a secure password for everything.
4: Secure your Wi-Fi with a password.
5: Make sure your email filters for spam are on.
