Of all the scams out there, the romance scam is probably the most overlooked of all. The members of the ‘Scarlet Widow Gang’ set up fake dating profiles and social sites. These scams can go on for months!
They pretend to be lonely and trusting. After they have their victim hooked they will extort money for a ‘financial’ emergency and they will do this over and over again.
They can be a woman or a man in their dating profiles and no matter which one they are they are very convincing.

As with most scams, the spelling and grammar are terrible!
If you are on a dating site, it’s probably a good idea to not send money to anyone!
It’s so difficult to detect these scams because the people that they target usually overlook the telltale signs!
