Next Steps:

  • Please be prepared to speak with the emergency services technican when they reach out to you by phone.
  • You will be asked to answer a series of troubleshooting questions and perform troubleshooting tasks as directed by the technician. You do not need any technical acumen to perform these tasks
  • In the event you are unable to meet the technician for a site visit (if required), you may be asked to provide access instructions and to ensure that security alarms are appropriately set or disarmed to accommodate the technician.
  • You will need to provide a credit card payment to the emergency serivces technician at the beginning of the call.
