The Challenge
Our goal was to create an end-to-end e-commerce experience for tracking boat inventory, facilitating online sales, and helping customers get the support they needed when their equipment needed maintenance.
The Solution
Our unique and proprietary workorder system was used to create a ticketing system that allows customers or customer representatives to submit orders for service on their equipment and boats. Our online storefront was built and customized specially for easy online browsing, and an effortless checkout.
