In January of 2018 HP recalled 150,000 devices because of defective batteries that were overheating, melting or causing fires and possible burning people.
They have recently expanded that recall to include another 78,000 plus devices with defective batteries.

HP ProBooks (64x G2 and G3 Series, 65x G2 and G3 Series, 4xx G4 & 4xx G5 series)
HPx360 (310 G2)
HP Pavilion x360 11″ Notebook PC
HP 11 Notebook PC
HP ZBook (17 G3, Studio G3, and Studio G4) mobile workstations
HP Envy 15
HP Mobile Thin Clients (mt21, mt22, and mt31)
